We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box with no signs of wear.
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” at checkout) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit sneakeruniversal.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack your return securely, attach the label, and ship it back to us.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and note your preference in the return portal.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise value only.
